In un momento particolarmente critico per la sicurezza della regione, dove i conflitti interetnici e le minacce terroristiche si sviluppano e coinvolgono i giovani senza risorse delle zone urbane e delle zone pi\u00f9 remote, questo progetto transfrontaliero tra il Burkina Faso e il Niger, fa della Cultura un fattore di pace e di sviluppo.<\/p>\n

L\u2019obiettivo generale del progetto \u00e8 la mobilitazione generale di giovani \u2018militanti\u2019 per portare dei messaggi di coesione sociale e inclusione, di pace e di dialogo attraverso micro attivit\u00e0 urbane ispirate alle discipline artistiche come la danza, il teatro, l\u2019oralit\u00e0 tradizionale o moderna (l\u2019arte del racconto o lo slam), le arti plastiche e il cinema.<\/p>\n

Con la participazione delle comunit\u00e0 di base, dei capi tradizionali e religiosi, dei rappresentanti dei comuni e dei servizi dei vari ministeri interessati e di due associazioni portatrici di esperienze tecniche specifiche (gli Scouts in Niger con l\u2019esperienza della gestione di gruppi giovanili \u2013 e l\u2019Espace culturel Gambidi in Burkina Faso, scuola di arte e promotore di imprese culturali) il progetto ha l\u2019ambizione di modificare durevolmente il comportamento delle popolazioni a partire dai giovani e a mezzo della cultura.<\/p>\n

8 piattaforme di associazioni giovanili animano le attivit\u00e0 sociali e culturali delle 8 citt\u00e0 e ciascuna piattaforma crea e gestisce dei laboratori artistici (5 in ogni citt\u00e0, discipline diverse).<\/p>\n

Un grande festival culturale, si organizza tra Ouagadougou e Niamey, e 80 microimprese culturali saranno il risultato ultimo del progetto che intende perennizzare l\u2019insieme dei dispositivi introdotti.<\/p>\n
